My fascination with Psychology and Emotional Development, particularly in areas such as Trauma Informed Coaching, Attachment Theory, PolyVagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems, stems from navigating complex childhood trauma and a profound desire to address chronic health issues.
A natural mediator in conflict resolution, in my role as a coach and guide, I empathize with the challenges of feeling stuck, in pain, and overwhelmed in seemingly endless cycles. Through my own healing journey, I have discovered that what you can think over 100 times, you can heal through the body faster.
This revelation came through attuning to the sensations of my body, understanding symptoms as messages, and witnessing subtle transformations. I learned that genuine transformation doesn't arise from ceaseless attempts to fix the body but from a consistent practice of being present within it.
The basis of my work is the profound understanding that the body holds the key to its own healing. It is a self-correcting organism, capable of unwinding the complexities that have caused disconnection.
By consistently exploring the edges of our comfort zones, we invite the nervous system to reintegrate and function as a unified, intelligent system. Essentially, our role is to create a space where the body can naturally restore balance and wholeness.
